I've always wondered. Say you do 4 sets of something (bench press for example) Whats the best way to do it. Light to heavy? So for example 1 set of 40kg 2nd set of 50kg 3rd @ 60 4th @ 70kg or is it better to do say 1@ 40 2@ 70 3@ 70 or 60 [email protected] so you start light but then go heavy straight away then back down to light. Any ideas?
