didnt use jack shit. no straps, no belt....
and i didnt go heavier, which i guess i couldve because i have bad lower back problems
i train during the day when i can, but a lot of times later in the evening ~7:30 as well
what was it 1.5 years ago?
you on a cycle?
Want a cookie bro?
BTW I was wishing you were in the NW last weekend cause I went clubbing with these stupid cumhog bitches. They were right up your alley. HOT as hell and fake as all shit. I wanted to stab them in the face.
what the fuck does fratboy bateman even look like
I'm sorry, but bullshit. I'm not a Bateman sackrider and the rest of you are retarded . MAYBE some Blinger deadlifts since you are actually in shape and lift weights....but deadlifting is something that requires deadlifting to stray strong at.
after 1.5 years, i would be not going to work tomorrow if it was me
Ugh man youre full of it tonight.
405x6 is not much at all...
its more than the 'average' weight lifter can do unless they concentrate on it. I agree with the previous poster that you have to remain consistent, unless he was previously doing 700x3 or something in that neighborhood.
Yet another poster has ZERO clue what hes talking about. Bateman is not ELITE but the dude a strong Motherfucker. Not to mention hes usually on ever steroid he can get his hands on.
405 x 6 is not hard to believe.
can you do it once?
maybe 2x in a few months?
can you take 1.5 yrs off and do it?
405x6 is pretty fucking huge for someone who hasn't deadlifted in 1.5 years dude. Do you even know Bateman? He is one of the biggest bullshitters on OT. When he says 405x6, I realistically see 315 MAYBE....but because of his endless fucking ego and narcissism he wouldn't say that.
You think he's just been doing some back raises and leg curls for 1.5 years and thats been enough to keep him that strong?
