My legs feel like jello now. I fear how they will feel tomorrow

That's what happened last week.
The first day, I was like
The second day, I was like
I did squats yesterday, I feel your pain. 15, 12, 10.. I feel it with every step I take.
It's the end of my first day and I'm starting to ache.
Plenty of stretching, carbs, protein.
No, I mean first day after doing squats.
did my first heavy leg day in sometime on monday night.. i couldnt walk when I was done and at home.. my quads had NO energy.. my dog ran by me and hit the back of my knee and i collapsed and i didnt have the strength to get back up.
i had to crawl to my bed and lift myself up with my arms.. i couldnt do a single quad extension just sitting in a chair, WITHOUT WEIGHT. I was miserable and kinda freakin out to be honest.. my quads/thighs were literally paralyzed for like 12 hours
I remember in high school 2 days after a 20 rep squat all my classes were on different levels...
I had to climb stairs all day! I'm just glad I didn't fall...
I hate leg days, I just started doing squats and i alread despise them
This same thing happened to me the very first time i did squats. And the two days after they felt paralyzed i still had trouble walking.
yeah.. i tend to get some cramps that impinge on my nerve endings.. dunno why.. i posted about a year ago how i got a cramp in my leg that caused my foot to stop working.. my peroneal nerve was like, "shit nigga, get that muscle off me!" i couldnt lift my foot for like 3 days and had to wear a brace to keep myself from tripping my mom was freaking out
Jesus! My hamstring kept knotting up last night when I was lifting and I thought that was annoying. Shit.
I think the test I'm on has something to do with it, as well.. i get insane pumps.. more blood in the muscle, bigger it gets, more pressure on the nerves, me thinks.
My lowerback pumps suck though sometimes i get them at work when I am just putting little pill bottles on the shelves.. and after 15 minutes of basketball, I feel like my lowerback is going to explode :\ same shit happens in my shins - i used to think it was shin splints, then i realized it was just heavy pumps :-\
meh, this week and next, my workout 1 routine is 2 working sets of 18 with a 3rd set being my 20rm for 18 for squats, deadlift AND incline db press.
straight sets is this week, I had to lie down after deadlifts because I felt like I was gonna puke and again after I finished squats.
next week is anatagonist sets
if i dont sit down or pace very slowly after deadlifts, i feel like my world will surely end
I worked up to 315x50 one time and I thought my lungs were on freaking fire!!! I have never felt anything like that before.
you did a set of 50 @ 315?
Only once!! I had read that Tom Platz did it and I wanted to see if I could do it. I'll never do it again!! I would MUCH rather do some heavy ass weight for a single!!
