I just found out I am HIV positive, presumably from sleeping with an escort without using protection. I am devastated. I know for a fact I will never be able to tell my family, and I will never be able to have a normal relationship with anybody ever again. And even worse, I do not have the funds to pay $10k every month for HIV meds. I really destined to die a lonely and slow death now? I thought 2020 was a bad year, but this is just incomprehensibly devastating for me
