Hey I'm 6'0 135lb, very low bf, very high metabolism Want to gain more muscle mass but stay really toned - just started working out again doing upper body one day, abs and lower the next day, also row once or twice a week (2000m erg), play squash and basketball a few times a week. What would you suggest in the way of suppliments... I'm on a campus meal plan right now - the food isn't great - I'm trying to stay away from the junk but I can't help myself a lot of the time. I'm willing to drop 100-200 on suppliments, also willing to completely alter my workout schedule except for the cardio. Thanks for any help.
