250 rounds of 9mm, no jams this time, running like a champ. probably just needed cleaned.
So how often should I be cleaning? I clean every time I shoot it (well, just to have an excuse to fondle my guns half the time)
I clean my glock about once a month, I'm going to start doing it more often, last time I cleaned it the feed ramp was gunked up pretty good, and I had 3 fail to feeds before that.
I put about 1000 rounds through my Glock 22 last week and it didn't even get that dirty. A quick wipe down and it was good as new.
I shoot cheap dirty ammo though
I was shooting WWB. It was indoors, though. That probably helped a lot .
Handguns I run a bore snake through it every other range trip usually, thorough cleaning every couple months(around 8 range trips)
Stop shooting that dirty commie ammo and you'll be OK.
I thought Glocks were perfect?
I have no problems shooting dirty commie ammo, his problem was user error.
I can't shoot wolf at all. The casing gums into the barrel and locks the slide.
Looks like I'm the only one who fully cleans after each range trip.
Nope.. I am an anal prick who will stop shooting and clean the gun if I feel its not me.. Often its the gun !
I clean my guns the second I get home from the range. Sometimes if I havent been to the range in a while I'll just break my guns down for the hell of it and clean them again
