Stainless or two tone?
you just want to be like PT
Stainless is what they had in stock. I don't (actually, can't) carry. I wanted a good range gun.
IB that dude that likes wilson combat... I can't remember his name right now.
yep, that's the reason.
Seriously though, it felt so damn good in my hands. Better than the Les Baer and the Nighthawk they had.
I can't tell the differance between any 1911 until I shoot it.
It's all in fit and finish and smooth the gun is. I shoot a RIA 5" regularly. Earlier this year I traded guns with an instructor at class for a few mags. He took my FN High Power, I took his Les Baer Thunder Ranch Special. Shooting it felt very similar, maybe a bit smoother. But things like the safety were perfectly glass smooth and there wasn't a somewhat sharp edge on the whole gun.
If you have the money, I say go for it.
id like to have that one and all but damn $2300 for it
My good buddy has that model. Get an ambi safety and a speed chute FTW.
very nice piece, but damm, thats one hell of a price tag
It has both.
I was doomed to get it when I held it in my hands...
yeah it does. I'm used to shelling out (at most) $800 for a gun. I'm going to try and sell a few of my other guns that I don't (and probably won't) shoot as much as I will the Wilson.
It'll be way worse when you actually shoot it.
