I just started cutting a week ago. Yesterday I injured my hand (I'll find out the extent of the damage on Monday when I go to the doctor) and it is possible that I broke a bone in my hand. I want to minimize the strength losses that are inevitable when waiting on this sort of injury to heal. I plan to just train legs twice a week (leg press, pull throughs (one hand), and various leg machines). 1. Should I stop cutting and return to maintenance calories? 2. Should I discontinue cardio until I can return to a normal lifting routine?
