Seriously, I feel like I'm going to puke eating all this. And what the fuck is up with a 143 lb dude having well over 200 g's of protein a day? And to top it off, his formula suggested I should have done the cut diet 2500. I went with the 2000 because that looked like way too much. Is this normal for building diets or what? I thought there was such a thing as too much protein, and the diet isn't even really very low carb.
