(Results copied from here: http://www.punchdrunkgamer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1768) My Highlights and observations: Mighty Mo's opponent "Justice Smith", despite being huge and incredibly ripped, seemed like he had never fought a fight in his life and was generally hilarious to watch. Nicholas Pettas seemed to injure his groin somehow even though he was never hit there nor did he seem to twist it or strain it in any way, and it was disappointing to see his fight end in such an anticlimactic fashion. Cabbage is a complete joke and Cabbage vs Butterbean was truly a sad excuse for a fight. I have no idea why Cabbage was allowed to compete in this GP, I guess they wanted someone equally poor to put up against Butterbean. Slowinski vs Jahjah started out slow and then in the final round turned into an absolute war, even though both fighters were pretty gassed. If I was to award fight of the night, I'd have to give it to Slowinski versus Jahjah just for the excitement of the final round. Badr Hari's insanely fast KO (first punch thrown, it must have been under 10 seconds) was spectacular, but I think that his opponent should have been given a 10 count, rather than the ref calling the fight straight away. Badr was also pretty rocked from the punch that he ate in the process of KO-ing Ostojic. Gokhan Saki is an absolute monster. Despite looking somewhat flabby around the middle, he destroyed all of his opponents with devestating kicks and amazing speed. It's a shame Mighty Mo dropped out of the tournament because he or Pettas were the only guys that could have given Saki a run for his money. Saki was in no danger whatsoever from his other opponents (Perhaps Slowinski could have beat him if he managed to land enough unchecked legkicks, but I've never been much of a fan of Slowinski, he's too slow and lumbering). I'm really excited to see Saki fight more in the future, I was not familiar with him before watching this event, and he's definitely one to look out for. Anyone else watch the event? Thoughts or comments?
