What are/is kegel exercises anyways... see them refered to every so offten, so i was wondering.
Kegel exercises are what you need to do if you want to keep tight down there. I do them religiously. The more you do it, the better you become. After a while you can feel and control muscles you didn't even know you had!

At the begining your penis will basically be a piece of trash and you wont beable to do much. Here are my "suggestions" for getting that raging rock hard pulsating cock effect in the end along with more control and eventually multiple orgasms.
Start by every day doing the "chopper" effect while pissing. Basically release a little bit, then stop, release a little bit, then stop. If you do this every time you're urinating for a week or so you should be able to notice when you masturbate or other means of getting off ( sex, bj, hj whatever ) you'll be a bit harder and ejaculation should shoot a bit "harder".
If you ever get a random hard-on during the day etc.. also pulsate the muscles. The same way you hold piss back is the same way you make your dick "harder".
