is youtube down for anyone else?
Damn what an animal.
Training at my gym he fucked it really fuckin bad he was rushed to Texas, he looked like he had some robotic shit on at the Strongman
Fucking animal, dudes quite an inspiration to me - plus he was the nicest dude ever in person.
wtf.. is that 635?
deadlifting I think
how bout them eyebrows though. heh? strong men don't need no pretty eyebrows.
a year ago, ex-OTer Formz commented on a strongmans yellow-hair feux hawk. weeks later, he was reported missing.
he has yet to log on since.
you can hear some dude hitting vtec in his honda at 2:22.
freak of nature
he looks like the broly version of jesse metcalf
van hatfield lol
haha its so weird seeing his body with those tiny calves
Can I ask what's the purpose of the chains? I can understand if they're low enough to be on the ground and therefore reduce the weight out of the hole but they barely touched?
i think to add more weight without adding actual plates.
I think that is sole purpose but maybe to help him balance the weight he doesnt tip forward to much?
tearing a bicep is a good reason not to hitch, this may not be the reason it happened, But I would not be surprised if it was some of the reason.
i have not heard of hitching causing anymore potential bicep damage than not, and i've been around plenty of pro's that all hitch 800+
second, i highly doubt that someone like kevin nee, whos been the youngest to the furthest in SM, would not hitch a winning deadlift weight in a contest in order to hopefully not tear something. remember, hes pulled 858 with no hitch at 23 yrs old at 265-280 bodyweight, he doesn't need to hitch that much anymore to be a serious threat on a DL platform in SM.
yeah I was wondering the same. I thought maybe to counter balance so of the weight?
I still do not think its good for the biceps, it can put them in an awkward position, if I where at a SM contest and I needed to hitch a weight to win you fucking better believe I would do it too even if i blew my bicep.
i cannot believe hes already lifting again. I just hope he doesn't fuck himself up more by not getting the rest.
Kevin Nee tore down youtube.
pretty much slaps us "overtraining/deloading" crew in the face, huh?
