It says One per day but should I take more?? Its got 684mg in 1 pill....how often should i take it
I pop 2 of those a day, 4 and an aspirin if I had a hardass workout and know I'm going to be sore/inflammed/whatever.
So much nicer than taking twice that of their regular pills...
I take four every morning.
I take around 10 fish oil caps daily, taking 1 is pretty much a waste.
these are high strength tho, ~700mg omega 3 vs 300 in most others (some even less)
And you're way better off getting 300mg/day omega 3s than nothing, you're kidding right?
i take 3 after breakfast and 3 after dinner.

is there any negative to to much fish oil? Like it cant make u gain weight can it? lol
Probably, but you would have to be eating by the bottle... right now each one has what, six grams? So if you take four pills you are getting 24 grams of fat which is about 200 calories.
it's fat, so technically yes
but I don't think anyone takes enough to really gain weight from fishoil
went to GNC yestreday.
fish oil 380 caps was something like 20 bucks?
kirkland for 400 caps was 8.99
is kirkland pharmaceautical grade?
You don't need to follow their recommendations.
It's just fish oil, you'll probably be better off taking more anyway and you'll be giving them more business..win-win...
umm... you're kidding, right?
They're 1200mg of oil each... so like 1.2 grams, not 6. 4 pills is just under 5g, not 24g
They're like 10 calories each. If you're seriously concerned about and extra 40 or 50 calories, you need to end yourself.
I'll take anywhere from 6-10 per day.

I use kirkland fish oils and take 20-30 per day
what you want is the EPA/DHA part of the fish oil and it's best, imo, to get 2-3g's of that per day
