still working on. Been on lean gains for the last 8 months and I think I went from 20%+ body fat to low teens. I still want to hit 10% or lower!
2 months update

Not sure if you are serious! but the main difference is I started working abs and bis directly when I never did before so my abs are a bit larger.
Ty sir! I'm down 30 lbs from last December when I started leangains. No strength loss but also almost no gains will have an update in December, let's see if my will power is stronger than the holidays!
Updating with a slight photo log.
Dec (no picture -0 lbs)
Feb (-10 lbs) -> June (-20 lbs) -> Oct (-30 lbs) -> Jan (-25 lbs)
No real change since Oct. I'm fine with that as Nov and Dec I ate really poorly.
Worked out with my brother today. I've only benched and deadlifted less than 10 times this year so it was fun.
BB Bench: worked up to 3 sets with 225
Deadlifts: worked up to 3 sets with 315
DB Curls, Calves, Abs
Cardio day: 300 pushups, situps, squats
how does a day like that go?

it's different every time. sometimes 25, 25, 25 alternating each exercise or all in a row.

Incline bench - worked up to 185

Incline press, overhead press, pec fly, tri, side lateral
Just got back from out of town yet again. I was better with my rest this time. Hopefully squats and deadlifts go well today.

Slingshot bench press tonight. I may go for a pr during warm-ups if I feel good!
245, 260, 280 (this was a pr but I shouldn't have as it was hard. Don't want to test strength, just build!)
