    Bench: 235x7,4,4,6,6.

    Couldn't do sets of eight due to hurting my left elbow from putting the bar too low during squats. Hate when that happens. Deadlifts tonight. Haven't done them in a while due to random life events.

    Whole team was deadlifting and being the weakest guy i felt guilty having to strip too many plates off so I called it a technique day and did doubles and triples. 455x2 is a PR too, was fun! Back to hypertrophy work tomorrow!

    Went in for a quick session with:
    * Rows 4x10
    * Curls 3x10
    * Abs
    * 10 mins cardio (first cardio in over a year)

    More cardio high rep training. Worked on widening my sumo deadlift stance after. About five-six inches wider!

    Squat:
    * 265x10, 4 sets.

    Deadlift:
    * 225x6,5
    * 315x2,2,3

    Felt ill so I took some meds and napped. Woke up an hour before the gym closes and dragged myself there. Not a great session but better than nothing.

    Arms are beat with tris cramping if I straighten my arms lol.

    Meatball, I switched to sumo May 2015 right after my first powerlifting meet. Took a long time to get decent at it (still not great) but it is a lot easier on my lower back which is why I prefer it.
