    Week deload and now it's hypertrophy season. I want to be shredded like Fabian!

    Had to cut short. Felt amazing though. I think I remembered how to squat technique. Lol

    DB bench: I think I irritated by back rolling into position with these. Haven't done in years and will do the machine press instead next time.
