Try lifting then going to do Jiu Jitsu for an hour and a half.....
That is brutal.....
do crossfit first
Do BOTH at the same time.
Did shoulders and traps then went to my fight gym for muy thai class and it just happened to be a sparring day then jumped right into No gi bjj for an hour. Was done up at the end of the night.
I can handle any other body part before fighting except shoulders.
I hear ya......
try going heavy on legs then going straight to a 3 hour session of muay thai.
then next day deadlifts + being sore then BJJ.
that right there is brutal.
so brutal i became a pussy and never did it again.

i did a krav maga then conditioning class...i thought i was going to pass out
now that i've been doing crossfit, all i can say is you better pray the workout of the day is easy
