is it really worth the bother??
i don't get that bad of DOMS what else is it doing for me?
l-glutamine has very little, if any, training and recovery benefit. It does help to maintain gut health (low doses). Most protein shakes, MRP's etc have more than enough to cover this.
to acheive significant plasma and muscle uptake you need to use either alanine-l-glutamine or glutamine peptides.
level of recovery benefit from thier use will vary between users, though some note significant difference even on high cal and high protein diets.
I use ON protein and i think it has enough per serving anyway
Useless from my experience
I took it back in the day and noticed nothing
you might want to try alanine-l-glutamine, glutamine peptides or nac-glutamine before you rule out its value (particularly the first 2)
