OT brolies, I took creatine powder & PWO drinks(superpump250) for 3 months during the summer. I have not taken neither for the past 6 weeks and for the last 3 weeks I cant seem to finish my workout. Take db press for example: I did around 3 x 8, struggling with the last one but now I do a set of 8 with the same weight and during the 2nd set, I would just not feel like going on at all and completely lose my strength. So it goes 1x8x55, 1x3x55, then a 3rd set of 45lb where I can barely do 5 reps. And overall just in the gym I feel lethargic. I have no trouble going to the gym but after around 20 mins I just want to gtfo. It used to be I have to force myself to leave within 90 mins. What should I do? Workout less often? (I currently go 4 times a week) or go more often but work on only a few lifts? I dont mind taking creatine but I dont want to be dependable on it. edit: I tried drinking some coffee before workout but that didnt really help much.
