Just started 5/3/1 Sunday so decided to start a log.

starting stats are:

a newbie/starting lifter with a solid routine

I've been lifting since July of last year. Started out just working on form and building a good base. But have never followed a routine like 5/3/1.

I started out at 225, barely being able to go to the bathroom without a spot. Started eating better and lifitng with a little cardio few times a week.

i know you've lifted with adam - i meant your numbers are still weak, but you're doing things right. Keep it up dude :bigthumb:

aw yes, you should also schedule day number 5 for tanning and abs. as well as laundry when you get home.

i think someone stole a car from bi.

on my way out the gym two sherriffs blast through the stop light and down to the park. like a nosy townsman i followed. sherriff was in the parking lot of them apartments where all the mexicans and 3 blacks live. brand spankin new mustang they were checking out. they know as well as I know that messicans can afford a MUSTANG. anywho, as I was heading back to the highway both... BOTH bi coppers are heading that way.
