Anyone have one? Thoughts?
It looks pretty cool.
I know I could get an EOTech for about the same price but I like that this is little.
I'm open to other suggestions, is there something else thats cheaper around the same size and of good quality?
kind of want, but just the case. let me put a doctor sight in there.
is it holographic?
No, it's a reflex sight just like a FastFire or a C-More.
damn. that logo is expensive
ask mark to make one without the logo
Seen them on GB and arf EE for $299-325.
I had one on order for my old AK a while ago, but they were telling me like 2 months lead time, and I ended up selling my AK before then and canceled it. I thought it looked like a pretty cool idea.
I have a FastFire on a CZ Kadet upper, and so far I've had good luck with it. The slide doesn't reciprocate though, so I'm not sure how good of a "test" that is.
Putting a fastfire II on my saiga 12 whenever it gets here.
what be the difference between holographic and reflex?
bout -200 tacticool points
A holographic sight like the EOTech actually draws a holographic image of the reticle and then projects it onto the viewing glass. A reflex sight reflects a collimated image from a diode of some sort. The advantage to the holo sight is that it can draw a complex reticle. The disadvantage is it requires much more power to do it, so battery life is far less than a reflex style sight (depending on the circuitry used).
so my Hammers 2x42 RD is a reflex sight?
Fuck, I didn't even know I could take the magnifier off. that thing is like a fisheye. nice without it
and to think this thing sat in a box from 2 years ago
Maybe i'll grind down the name and make it up and decal it with a Larue etch
and then post on arfcom how I found this awesome Larue sight, for only $100
If I had to guess, they use multiple diodes, and it's reflex sight.
I'd wait for the new cmore sts. Really good reflex sight. Should retail at $320.
