Well, gonna be a long ass cut to summer if I cheat like this...
Actually, I was expecting much worse. Still, its gonna kick the shit out of my daily average for the week.

That's 10 cookies, 100 calories each. 10x100=1000. I wondered that for a second, too.
At least that's what makes sense to me.
Fuck, a REALLY BAD cheat day for me is like 2800-3000 and I pay the price for so long.
4700 could kill me.
What sucks is that apple pie was and i have to throw it out, its fucking calling my name from the kitchen as i type this...
I'd feel bloated and like complete shit if i just ate like crazy.

i go all out when dieting so it only makes sense to go all out for the cheat meal.
someone from F&N should have done the 3 spicy baconator challenge for their cheat meal
shit man my cheat day would be some ice cream, a burrito, and pizza.
and then i would regret eating that since the day after would be spent on the shitter.
take a dose of alli with that meal to make sure you don't leave the bathroom the next day.

When I do a cheat meal, it's usually something like chinese buffet. I would not want to count the calories, but I'll bet 10,000 is an underestimate
4700 cals was your cheat day?
maybe im doing something wrong but i had to bump my cals up to around 4500 - 5000 per day cause i was losing weight too fast...
