There's a machine at the gym which is basically a leverage machine u pull down on, and it works the lats. I think its simply labelled 'LAT PULLS' and it looks like this: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/LatissimusDorsi/LVFrontPulldown.html Anyway, I see people use this, yet no one seems to go above 200 lbs, even big muscular men. The maximum weight is 300 lbs on this machine. I currently pull 210 lbs on this machine, 3 months ago when i 1st started BBing I was pulling 140 lbs. Are my lats pretty good or is this average?
