I am looking into leaning up because I am tired of being wide and built like a football player. I am 5'10 175. My routine so far consists of 4 sets of 8 with manageable weight (meaning not too light, and not too heavy)to complete to complete all sets. I work out five times a week for one hour, working one set of muscle groups per day. I run the stadium at my local college three times a week. My friends tell me to lean I need to do 3 sets of 15 with light weight.Advice? Thanks.
