I hurt my leg pretty bad several months ago playing volleyball. The injury is on the backside of my left leg behind my knee. It isn't my knee itself, but one of the tendons that connects to my hamstring. It is the tendon closest to the inside that you can feel sticking out when you bend your leg. When I first hurt it, I couldn't even walk for a couple of days. Since then, it has gotten better but still starts hurting when I am doing strenuous exercise such as play volleyball or tennis, or sometimes when I am working out hard. Otherwise it doesn't hurt much if at all. It isn't bad enough to stop me, but it is very annoying. Any ideas on how I can make this go away??
