I got into a car accident yesterday (rear ended by a cop in acity vehicle lol) and well my cars pretty much a write off and im pretty banged up here myself. My doctor told me to come back in a week if the pain hasnt gone down and its done the opposite and increased. So needless to say my neck/back are a hurtin unit. After i go for physio sessions and everything, if its not better I may proceed with legal action how long should i wait till i start working out again? After i figure out if any legal action will take place is what I'm thinking. Just sucks cause i got sick for 2 weeks missed the gym got back into it hard bulking and now this happens.
