I have tried repairing them thru onyx as well as booting from the leopard disc.
i have the same problem, exact same permissions.
Apple says those messages are normal, but the length of time it takes to run is not.
I finally was able to get mine to work by booting to the startup disc and running disk utility from Terminal.
what commands to run in terminal?
got the same problem now too. Not only that, but certain applications and documents cannot be altered as they used to. For example, I cannot ad new contact information to my address book. I'm working on a solution for this, but it looks like it's going to take time. With any luck Apple will release a patch to solve this problem
question? Are all of you running PPC or Intel based systems?
It's a known issue but how long it'll take Apple to fix it is anyones guess. The internal chatter I've seen seems to indicate they don't really know either.
