what is your choice ? what is the best bar for low carbs and taste wise?
Supreme Carb Conscious
410 calories a bar though
No need to talk. Supreme.
take the protein bar as a meal replacement or as a meal 2 / 4 snack?
Supreme or GTFO
10 g per bar with 40 something grams of carbs? you can do better.
i always like pureprotien, decent taste, low-er carb, and good whey protien.
Oh Yeah > Supreme PB > Supreme Cookies & Cream > Allmax Marshmellow > Rest
Same. And pretty cheap too.
Zero impact pumpkin.
Also, Supreme peanut butter pretzel twist > Supreme *
GNC ProCrunch Chocolate Crisp:
4.5g fat, 2.5g sat fat
24 bars for about $16
holy sugar carbs
Clif Protein Bars. taste good
supreme is the best I've found so far. Cliff bars are all soy protein last time I checked
How much do you guys pay per bar? I find it's just not worth it for me, I want to try making some of my own though.
peanut butter sandwich
Been eating Clif mojo bars PB Pretzel 200 cals, 10g protein, 21g carbs, 9g sugars, total fat 9g.
Just checked the label soy protein isolate is the source of protein in this bar.
^ And now there are studies coming out saying soy isn't the titty creator that it has been labeled as. They taste good so I eat them.
have you tried Oh, Yeah! ?
similar style...more gooey stuff, less carbs (more Sorbitol)
3/$4 clif builders bars > *
I like the PureProtein bars- like 5.50 for 6 of the <200 calories ones at Target.
The Supreme bars are pretty damn tasty, so are Muscle Milk- they're just a bigger calorie whack.
I try to treat them as a treat, and think of them as candy bars with extra protein- not because I'm some clean-eating freak (I'm not ) but just because they're not as cost-effective as other foods. I save them for emergencies/traveling.
