(1) It's casually sexist, in a way that tends to stick with little kids.
(2) It gives kids all kinds of warm and fuzzy feelings towards police.
(3) Private organizations are near-consistently portrayed as efficient and effective, and elected leaders consistently portrayed as incompetent, corrupt, and stupid.
(4) touched on this in point 1, but it's horribly consumerist.
