Hey, everyone. F&N noob here.. I just had a quick question. I'm a college student, and I'm lifeguarding over the summer which requires me to wear a bikini (well, a bathing suit and the one pieces are hideous). I have a little bit of pudge around my stomach. I want to look decent in the uniform, but I don't have time to hit the gym (most days I'm going from 7am til about 9pm with class/homework). I was wondering if anyone had any good workouts that I could do in my room aside from crunches. Also, I was wondering if anyone's ever used an Abroller and if they work as well as people say.
