he left me a youtube message axing me what cell-tech is
naw my chest isnt collapsin cuz of the muscle in my chest, its actually giving me sum extra bounce for me to press the weight
even if he did bounce, its still a good amount of weight
except that's not even 200 lbs, much less 245. I'm not talking shit cause my bench is pathetic, but he's lying about the weight.

its maybe 165, i have that same weight set at my house, i lost a 5 pound weight and all i can go up to is like 155, i just do it like 30 times when i cant go to the gym hahaha

That bench had a narrow rack. You have to grab the bar outside of the rack.
