keep in mind im a fucking noob though. I used to be about 185 ( 5'11) Started eating clean doing 4 miles of cardio every day and yoga every other day and dropped to about 165 after a few months. I decided that I im at a pretty good weight so I started lifting past 2 month every other day and only using whey protein as supplement and after about 2 months I am at about 173 and not much change in diet and cardio routine. No fuck way i put on 8 lbs of muscle. Where the fuck is all this weight coming from? isnt muscle supposed to burn fat?
