short people have such smaller range of motions and tend to have much greater power/weight ratios
why yes, you're right.
being fat made me hate being short.
I can only bench like 100lbs, but that's like 200lbs for short people isn't it?
yeah but they need a chair to reach stuff of the top shelf
tall people can get bigger, short people can't get taller
true, but we'd have to be huge to match the power to weight ratio of the mini brolys
I am tall, it is not hard to get stronger
I'm 5'10 but with the arms of someone 6'0
how tall are thee?
being tall gives you a better perspective of cleavage
klown is 6'11ty and is strong too
but you guys are mesomorphs and pack the lbs easy
ive always been a lanky fuck
was 170 last year, now 190 6'3''
haha, I am not a meso morph...
I was 168 lbs 13 months ago at 6'5''
230 lbs now. eat big, like it hasn't been said enough!
im just a little emo since ive been at a plateau and just got back from a shitty workout
I was 6'3" 190 for what seems like forever, you just have to say fuck it and eat like a pig and sleep 10-12 hours a night.
don't be afraid to gain weight, even if it isn't muscle. But don't get too carried away, I think somone here said somewhere between 1-2 lbs per week is ideal.
Thing i hate is the load on my joints...elbows/knees take a lot more pressure with long limbs.
im white so its hard for me to gain muscle
shut the fuck up.
