It is quite obvious i don't know much information about nutrition, so im looking for some advice. I already have a slimmer build since i fall into the ECTOMORPH category. I have been gaining muscle and have been getting stronger, but my abs suck. I eat a tremendous amount of bread each day, well over a half of loaf plus other carbs as well. If i cut the majority of the bread out, what can i replace it with. I don't want to lose any weight or since, because i'm very thin 175 at 6'2". I just want to get more defined abs, while i continue to get bigger everywhere else. here is a pic for reference.
