Anyone have some links to some speaker enclosure building tips? I need to learn about wood veneering and getting that nice professional look for the enclosure (rounding off corners, etc.) Any other tips about making the enclosure sound better would be nice too. :)

try www.pesupport.com they have some tutorials on there I believe. Also try www.hometheaterforum.com the DIY forum. Don't expect perfect results the first time around, unless you already have previous cabinetmaking skills.

To round the corners, you will need a router and a roundover bit. To get nice perfectly round circles, you will probably need a circle jig for your router, the Jasper model sold at www.partsexpress.com works quite well. For the round circles, you will need a 1/4" straight router bit. For trimming veneer, I like to use a laminate trim bit, it works as well IMHO as a veneer trimming bit.
