I'm trying it right now but am wondering if I'll see that big of a difference in the speed at which fat comes off. I'm far from fat, 5'5'' @ 192 and I'm probably hovering around 13% BF, but I want it to come off faster(my top 4 abs are coming out nicely especially when flexing). I watch my diet meticulously (Complex Carbs at BF and Lunch, then a little fast carbs before WO and a decent amount after WO, lots of protein obviously). I'm lifting hard 5 days a week and then I hit areas I consider myself lacking in lightly on the other two days. I'm also doing a self designed alternating work out plan that looks like the following. Week 1-6 Week 1 3x6 at a weight I'll come close or fail at 6 1x25 at half that weight (or 1xfailure, usually around 22-25) Week 2 4x12 to failure each time, if I fail before 12, drop about 15% and go to failure. Week3 = Week 1 again Week4 = Week 2 again . . Week 7 & 8 Week7 Increasing weight each set and doing the same lifting routine as Week 1,3,5 1x15 1x12 1x10 1x7or8 1x5 1x3 Week 8 Increasing weight each set and doing the same lifting routine as Week 2,4,6 Same as week 7 Week 9 I take off usually and then start over after that week. Anyway, should I see decent results using a Lipo 6x as a fat burner? I put all that out there just to give people an idea of how active I am (which is, extremely).
