Check it, i'm 37, 6'2", 200 lbs... I have a little gut and I want it gone.... The last 2 weeks I have been doing cardio at the gym, started at 20 minutes, and now I did an hour today. I am eating about 1800 cals per day. What should I do to improve weight loss? I can't take any of the fat burners, they make me jittery as hell, what kind of dieting should I do in order to move my progress along? I want to get rid of my little gut, gain a little muscle at the same time. I want to get down to 185... 200 would be ok as long as it was muscle and not a fat lil belly. Anything you guys can help me with, would be great and much appriciated.
