like, it's good, but the cost kind of outweighs the tastinessand it's hard to be willing to use the meat to cook with because you can use shrimp for half the price for the same (if not better) flavor

And crab is ridiculously labor intensive.
Shrimp you just dip in butter and eat them.

Groce. Never had a lobster roll tbh, but I'd have the butter type, not the mayo type.i mean sure, dress it up with whatever you want.. if you have to slather it in mayo to punch it up, prob shouldn't cost 25 bucks
