Think Captain Sisko would have programmed the Borg to kill all other Borgs in this scenario?

Something Picard refused to do.

Actually if you think about it Picard is probably the worst captain. Won't make the hard calls when needed (Janeway, Sisko), not really a good ol' boy like Kirk......he was just all talk

and now he's senile
As an Army Veteran, I prefer Captain Picard. He was more by the book. Also, the senior staff in DS9 were more too friendly to each other. I like the idea of Next Generation where they take orders down the chain of command by the book but deal with the problems they experience on every mission through philosophy and not like DS9 where the chain of command is more relaxed but there is more one sided agreement on the missions -- JemAdar and Dominian bad and Federation good.

Picard violated regulations all the time, though.

But for the mission and crew. To protect them and not while being too friendly with his staff. Like i said moral problems were dealt with during the show TNG.

I refuse to believe that the Borg have worse network security protocols than humankind and would allow a single re-programmed drone to completely infect and destroy the entire Collective. It's basically akin to someone clicking on a phishing link and downloading ransomware. I don't think the Borg would fall for it.
