they are using pillsbury as primary counsel (NYC), but retained local counsel to file the lawsuit, which originally sought injunctive relief

i show up for a TRO hearing on behalf of four former executives. their new company is represented by separate counsel. plaintiff sent FOUR lawyers to the hearing and fucking lost

partner in NYC is 1300/hr
senior associate in NY is 700/hr

TX partner is 650/hr
TX associate is 425/hr
