Hey guys, i did some search in here and couldn't really find an answer, so here's the question. I'm training for a triathlon, and will soon be approaching the 1:30 - 3 hr training session point, in which case im going to start having to consume a workout drink during or mid session. I'm currently taking omega 3s, multis, flax, protein, and will be starting up on creatine again once my marathon rest is over. I'm looking at either a carb/protein mix, of basic maltodextrin, dextrose, and protein (suggestion?) CytoSport Fast Twitch workout drink Purple Wraath I'm wondering if any of you have experience with these during long training sessions. During the training when i'll be taking it, it will be 1000-2000 yrd swims mixed with 45min - 1h runs (including speed work / intervals), or 90 minute bike rides with speed intervals as well, so i'm not looking for advice on size, strictly athletic performance, any help is appreciated.
