This was my response to him....anything I could have said better?
i may be wrong..but I thought that you are supposed to have 1gram of protein for every lb you weigh per day? Or am I confusing this with something else...
you are. 1-2g of protein per lb of body weight
hmm....ok is that what he said because i didnt read all of his shit hahaa
no. he said i only need to take 65grams of protein per day. I take that in one sitting.
that isn't enough...
yeah not even close. he had no idea what he was talking about throughout his entire post
Some vitamins are not water soluble and will not get pissed out in excess, they will get stored in fat tissue.

L-Glutamine as well
jesus, all you need is a multi v, whey and creatine
Im about 6ft and 173lbs. Im a hardgainer whos trying to put on as much muscle as possible as quickly as I can without resulting to anything like steriods.
well those supplements are not helping you, just eat more and lift heavier, the gains will come
Well I know I need a multi v, protein, whey. 17hd whether it really is a test booster or not gives me energy to go through workouts above and beyond what i'd normally do. Fish oil because of omega 3. L-Glutamine to help muscle development. I'm not sure what ones arent helping me. I know gains will come. Im just trying to make them come just a little faster
I'd make sure i'm getting my EFA's as well tho, it's hard to get adequate EFA's without eating shit loads of fish.
too many supps
What would you say I eliminate?
I dont think supplements are useless exactly, but if you're wanting to gain weight supplements arent really a necessity. Weight gain is based entirely on energy balance. I would suggest if you want to put your money someplace a little more useful, just put it into regular groceries.
That said, nothing youre taking is going to hurt you, and it will have some benefits.
That's my thinking and I do put my money into groceries also
"I have a hard time gaining weight" is a load of crap, sign up for www.fitday.com and track your calories, increase if you're not gaining.
No, it's not a load of crap. I DO have a hard time gaining weight. I didn't say it was impossible to gain weight like so many other people do. I know I have to eat ALOT. It's hard for me though when I work all day doing manual labor (burning more calories) and then having school for 5-6 hours at night after I work full time. It's hard to get time in to eat enough to gain the weight I want to. I know I can do it, it's just hard.
I get up at 5am everyday, work 9 hours lifting wooden beams, go home and sleep, then go to school for 3 hours or the gym. I've gained more since I started than I did when I wasn't working, why? Because I started EATING.
My food today:
breakfast: Protein shake w/ ice cream & milk, English muffin with butter, Coffee, 3 fish oil pills
First break: Homemade Sandwhich, Banana, Mix-nuts bar, 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch: Wendy's classic triple
Second break: Homemade sandwhich, Mix-nuts bar, 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
Now it's almost supper and I'll have another 2 meals before bed. I'm probably already pushing 3000 cals.
Snack: Kraft dinner, glass of milk, baked potato, 3 fish oil pills
I get up at 5:20 every morning, get to work at 6 and work till about 2 or 3 then i have to do hmwk and shit and get ready for school and leave at 4:40 for school and im there until 10:30pm. I dont get home till 11. So trying to fit in so much food inbetween is difficult for me and also trying to get the right amount of sleep which I dont get either. Also my metabolism sucks balls
wtf. English please?
