FIT Looking for a bad lower back friendly routine

Just learned from the doc today that I probably shouldn't be pushing my back too much in the gym as my spine is messed up. Fucking sucks, but I gotta live with it. I'm about 6' 185 and lift 5 days a week. Anyone have any routines that support a bad lower back? I know I need to focus on core/lower back strengthening.

Light deads + light rows.

Don't show off, keep the weight light and easy and focus on keeping your core flexed and lower back tight.

Also, start stretching your back out before/after working out.
