    Hey guys,

As some of you may know, I'm a graphics/web developer/webmaster and I do a lot of freelancing for clients... some of which are OTers, others are random people who get in contact with me to create their sites.

To give you a back story of how things have been going the last 8 years or so... I've done pretty much all my work with a highschool buddy. We had a pretty good coding relationship going and could produce some really nice sites.

For the past few months he hasn't really done much and simply stopped caring about coding. While normally this wouldn't bother me and I'd keep on doing my own thing... we have recently started getting a lot more clients and the projects are getting bigger, more than I can do alone.

Without having him help me with projects, I simply don't think I can finish these and will have to break contracts.

I'm working with one client right now on a 5 phase project. I'm on the first phase right now which is a $6,000 job... so you can see that I don't want to fuck this up.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys freelancing in their free time (as I have a full time job but usually end up coding for a few hours after work and on the weekends) and wants to make some money.

I can't pay an hourly or salary type deal, but you'll get 45% of the profit on any site you work with (assuming we split about half the work).

Why 45%? Well, we actually have a company we registered and we're doing all this through. SiliconTrance, LLC: http://www.silicontrance.com 10% of all the projects will go into the STC, LLC bank account for things such as hosting sites, buying domains, etc.

I'm looking for someone who really knows what they're doing with php/mysql and has experience managing websites (like being able to use command line commands on a server to do things). Also, someone who is willing to take responsibility for the work they do and stand behind it.

Other programming languages are a plus, as we have some sites in Ruby on Rails that we've done.

If you're interested, shoot me an email at [email protected]

Feel free to ask any questions in this thread, as I'll reply to them.

    Some relevant sites:

The sites we're doing for clients aren't published on the portfolio, but will be later. One of the sites because the client doesn't want the site out yet... and the second because it's still under development.

Forgot one thing, you pretty much have to know javascript as all of the sites use at least a small amount of AJAX.
