i'm 27, i'm 6'0'', 176lbs, little soft around the mid section i'm a lawyer with a commute and a girlfriend, so i'm real short on time. i'm a prosecutor, so i'm also real short on money. so the gym isn't something i can do any more, and bad food is way cheaper than good food. it was one thing when i was single, in college and i had time for the gym and buddies to work out with, and enough money to spend more than $10 a day on a healthy lunch. now everyone i know is either married or working 80 hour weeks...everyone is putting on weight, eating crap every day for lunch. honestly, how do you stay in shape?
