WEB Looking for logo thoughts.

I am making a logo for community, that is united... I know i want to have people in a form in it, in a circular design, Any ideas? Just brain storming right now.

Also people people holding hands forming a circle... those are the usual things people use when making a logo for communities

A bunch of arrows pointing to the same spot too... just the basic ideas I guess...

I was thinking something like this with earth in the center

 

Simple, clean, memorable. What do you think?

Thanks, i was going to only put 4 people, but then the arms kinda looked like a swastika and that doesn't really fit the idea of a safe community...

 

or try two people and in between their arms write the name

 

you could have the same circle but have them all holding hands instead of one arm in the air
