I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am looking to loose 10 to 15 pounds that I have put on after a bad case of mono about 6 months ago, where I wasnt able to do anything but lay there and get fat. I run occasionally, but with tendonitis in both knees, one day of running means sore knees for a week. Also I am addicted to carbs, I could eat an entire loaf of italiam bread in one sitting. It doesnt help that I live with my boyfriend who is rail thin and eats pasta for just about every meal. When I get home at night, I really dont wanna fix two meals so I just eat what he eats. Anyway any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
