Well I weght about 240, want to weight 200. I'm 6" and I think I have a much broader build than most people my hight and such. I just want to lose weight but I'm pretty bad at the whole working out thing, I get bored of it really quickly and because of that I don't even want to start. I'd like to eat healthier but don't know exactly where to start. All I want is something that doesn't taste like shit, I hate water but some kind of flavoring to it would be fine.
