If 5-10lbs is water weight.... and all I want to lose is a real 5-10lbs... would I have to actually lose 10-20lbs? Someone was saying that the other day.... I want to be thinner than I am... Im like 117lbs but I want to go down to about maybe 110lbs somewhere there. I used to lift in highschool so I have the broad shoulders from that... but I dont lift anymore. I just go to the gym for regular excersise. Mostly cardio. I dont want that "I lift" look anymore. I loved it in highschool but now I want cute skinny arms. How am I going to lose that? It's still mostly muscle. I know how to gain muscle....how do I un-gain it lol. Any possible tips to do some of this in 30 days??
