alright, heres my mini story. i was fat (275 highest). worked out a summer and lost a lot of weight (195 lowest). became a pothead, gained half of it back (up to 230). in the past 2 weeks or so, i havent really been doing anything besides sitting on my computer. i have a horrible sleep schedule, so i wake up between 1 and 4 pm. i wait until i get hungry at around 6-7pm then go get something to eat, mostly quiznos. after that I dont eat until I go to sleep around 6-7am. the reason i come here to bring it up is because im wondering if im losing too much weight too fast or if its normal. heres my weight log, and btw today was the first day i worked out in about a month. date weight bf% Jul11 - 230.4 - 30.5 Jul12 - 227 - 30 Jul15 - 220 - 29.5 Jul17 - 212 - 28.9 Jul18 - 210.2 - 27.5 the body fat percent is probaly a little off, i played hockey my whole life and worked out for almost a year straight nearly every day, so i got a bit of muscle. 20 pounds in a week? i thought that was only propoganda by those weight loss infomertials.
